In general terms, a rule is a set of calculation steps applied to data from specified activity in order to determine certain results from it.
Core Knowledge AI supports three different types of rules for producing results:
- Accounting rules for calculating sales, revenue, expenses and other operational accounting information
- Info rules for performance measure results like product margins, revenue schedules, KPIs, and sales forecasting
- Data management rules for transforming data to support rules building and reporting requirements

How quickly can we get set up?
Our team works hard to get you up and running as quickly as possible. However, client deployment time can vary from a few weeks to a few months depending on the complexity of your BI requirements.
For moderately complex BI needs, including 2 to 3 data sources and 5 rules, implementation usually takes about two weeks factoring in time for auditing results and making any necessary corrections.
