What is a rule?
In general terms, a rule is a set of calculation steps applied to data from specified activity in order to determine certain results from it.
Core Knowledge AI supports three different types of rules for producing results:
- Accounting rules for calculating sales, revenue, expenses and other operational accounting information
- Info rules produce performance results like product margins, revenue schedules, KPIs, and sales forecasting
- Data management rules transform data to support rules building and reporting requirements
Does Core Knowledge AI have a mobile application?
Our website is mobile optimized, so no mobile app needed.
What kind of training is available?
Up to 10 hours of training and implementation come with our Quick Start program.
Training and full documentation is provided along with various levels of support to get you up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. The support packages available to you are dependent on your subscription level.
A trouble ticket system and knowledge base are available within the application itself, as well as additional support to assist Enterprise and Managed Services clients.
How quickly can we get set up?
Our team works hard to get you up and running as quickly as possible. However, client deployment time can vary from a few weeks to a few months depending on the complexity of your BI requirements.
For moderately complex BI needs, including 2 to 3 data sources and 5 rules, implementation usually takes about two weeks factoring in time for auditing results and making any necessary corrections.

Thanks for choosing x2 BotSquad’s ‘Quick Start’ program! We want you to have a great experience so please review the terms and information below regarding what the program includes and how you can get the most out of it.
What’s Included
The Quick Start is a trial “proof-of-concept” program where we will load some of your data samples in x2 BotSquad and configure some of your actual incentive rules, reports, and dashboards using up to a maximum of 10 hours of implementation support. After setup we’ll also give you training and a 30-day trial of the system to help you evaluate the x2 BotSquad platform using your real data and rules before deciding if a subscription is right for you. The cost of this program is $500.
After the Quick Start is completed, there is no further obligation for you to subscribe to a x2 BotSquad product package.
Setup Hours
Your 10 setup hours can be used for building rules, reports, or dashboards of any complexity that you specify using x2 BotSquad’s robust suite of standard features, but are not applicable for custom feature requests or automated integrations.
While we will build as many of the requested items as we can for you to test out in the allotted time, it won’t be everything needed to start using x2 BotSquad in production for most customers.
Trial Usage
During your 30-day free trial, you will have access to all of the standard features in the application and can use them to try anything more you’d like during that time as well. We’re happy to give you guidance on using any feature in the system at any time during your trial.
Customer Validation
While we will do our best to build your rules to your specifications, no guarantee is made regarding accuracy of output. It is up to you to provide accurate data and verify the results, but we will give guidance on audit tools and techniques throughout the process.
Refund & Liability Policy
We are offering this program at a heavily discounted price, which also includes instance provisioning and program management resources upon purchase. Consequently, there are no refunds for the program once purchase is made and your instance is provisioned.
In the event of a dispute requiring arbitration or legal resolution, the total liability of x2 BotSquad for this Quick Start program will be no more than the $500 purchase price of the program.
